Become a Healthcare Assistant
Professional Healthcare Assistant Training in Romania
Vincix Futuro offers international candidates the opportunity to complete a Romanian professional training programme in healthcare assistance and patient care.
The programme leads to the Romanian professional qualification of Infirmier/Infirmieră, occupation code COR 532103. This qualification covers patient assistance, personal hygiene, physical comfort and support with essential daily activities in healthcare facilities and home-care settings.
The Romanian qualification of Infirmier/Infirmieră does not correspond to the regulated profession of registered nurse, known in Romania as Asistent Medical Generalist. It belongs to the field of healthcare assistance and is comparable, according to the destination country, to roles such as Healthcare Assistant, Nursing Assistant or Care Assistant.
The qualification is awarded within Romania's national vocational training system and may be submitted to the relevant authority or employer for assessment in the country where the candidate intends to work.
Vincix Futuro provides complete support with the preparation of the required documents. Recognition is not automatic and remains subject to the regulations and individual assessment procedures applied in the destination country.
Course Structure
The course is organised once a year by a vocational training provider authorised in accordance with Romanian legislation.
Total duration: 720 hours, including theoretical and practical training.
The course is delivered entirely online.
Final examination: online multiple-choice test.
Recognition in the European Union
Under Directive 2005/36/EC, holders of a professional qualification obtained in one EU Member State may apply for its recognition in another Member State. The Romanian Infirmier/Infirmieră qualification, COR 532103, can therefore be submitted to the competent authority for recognition, in accordance with the national requirements of the destination country.

- Certificate or diploma confirming completion of compulsory education, provided as a certified copy with a Hague Apostille where required;
- Copy of a valid identity document or passport;
- Birth certificate showing the names of both parents.
