Prepare for the Insurance Intermediary Certification Exam in Romania
Vincix Futuro provides guidance and preparation support for people interested in pursuing professional certification in Romania's insurance sector.
Prepare for the ISF certification exam
The theoretical training is delivered online. You can also use a dedicated app to study and complete practice exercises.
The professional certification exam is organised by the Romanian Institute of Financial Studies (ISF).
The training pathway
The theoretical course lasts approximately one month and is delivered online. During the pathway, Vincix Futuro can provide support with:
- understanding the steps involved;
- preparing the required documents;
- organising your study and practice through the dedicated app;
- administrative and language guidance;
- finding information about registration for the official exam.
Exam dates, format and entry requirements are subject to ISF's official rules and schedule.
App-based study support
The pathway includes access to preparation through a dedicated app, allowing you to study and practise flexibly. Access details and available content are provided when you enrol.
The app supports your preparation; the official exam and certification are handled by the competent Romanian bodies.
Certification and working in the UK and the EU
Working in another EU country
Insurance distribution within the EU is governed by Directive (EU) 2016/97 on insurance distribution (Insurance Distribution Directive, or IDD). The Directive establishes rules regarding the registration of intermediaries and requirements for professional knowledge and competence. It also sets out procedures allowing registered intermediaries to conduct cross-border activities within the EU, subject to notification obligations and applicable national regulations.
Working in the UK
The UK has its own regulatory framework, which includes the *Financial Services and Markets Act 2000* and the *Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001*. The EU "passporting" system between the UK and the EEA ended on 31 December 2020.
Vincix Futuro provides information and preparatory support for the Romanian certification process. Any recognition, registration, or authorization in another country is subject to the decisions of that country's competent authorities and the regulations in force there.

Course fee
Price: €3,500, including VAT.
An invoice is issued. Personalised instalment arrangements may be available subject to the terms stated in the contract.
Travel, food and accommodation are not included in the fee.
Documents generally required
- High-school diploma, authenticated and apostilled where required;
- copy of your identity document and tax identification details;
- three passport-size photographs;
- birth certificate;
- marriage certificate, if applicable.
The final document list and any translation or authentication requirements will be confirmed before the procedure begins.
