Vincix Futuro Accredited Entity by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labor, Romanian Ministry of Tourism, with over 400 cards already recognized in Italy, offers you the opportunity to successfully attend the course to become a Tourist Guide, Alpine Guide, or Speleological Guide in Romania.

The title obtained in Romania has the same value as the one obtained in Italy, thanks to the membership in the European Union.

Professionally, the right to establish and exercise the profession is guaranteed by the uniformity of the training paths with the bilateral recognition of study titles and certifications between the countries of the European Union (European directives 2005/36 and 2006/100 implemented by Legislative Decree 206/07 allow for legal equivalence for the usability in Italy of the title obtained in Romania).

Online theoretical course, no tenders or competitions are foreseen. The course is organized once a year directly by us at Vincix Futuro, as an ACCREDITED ENTITY by the Romanian Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labor, and the Ministry of Tourism

Course Duration: 8 months

The theoretical part is online, final exams (multiple-choice tests) will be held in Romania (in Bucharest).

AT PRESENT, ALL OUR COURSE PARTICIPANTS HAVE HAD THEIR TITLE RECOGNIZED IN ITALY AND ALL ITALIANS ENROLLED WITH A TITLE FROM ROMANIA HAVE BEEN ENABLED AT OUR ENTITY:

Important note: The Romanian Tourist Guide Alpine Guide or Speleological Guide card is immediately usable without the need for recognition and is NATIONAL, so once converted, the title issued in Italy will be valid throughout the Italian and European national territory and will not be linked to a specific region.

What does our offer include:

-Procedure for the homologation of Italian study titles to the corresponding Romanian titles (including Ministerial fees, translation of all documents, notary authentication, and whatever else is necessary);

-Romanian language course; completely online, duration 1 month (we are an Accredited Entity by the Romanian Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labor, Romanian Ministry of Tourism for issuing language certifications and for the entire tourist guide training process)

-Language exam and the corresponding A2 certificate (including fee),

-Enrollment in the Tourist Guide course, lasting 8 months to be carried out at our Entity. (we are an Accredited Entity by the Romanian Ministry of Education for the course enabling the profession of National Tourist Guide)

-Bilingual and logistical assistance;

-On-site tutoring service provided by tutors of Italian and Romanian nationality who will accompany the participants throughout the training process;

-Assistance and search for suitable logistical accommodation near the Romanian University. Costs for food, accommodation, travel are covered by the participant;

Title obtained: Tourist Guide or International Alpine Guide card issued by the Romanian Ministry of Tourism valid throughout the EU

Price for Tourist Guide: € 2,500.00 (two thousand five hundred) including VAT

Price for Alpine Guide: € 4,900.00 (four thousand nine hundred) including VAT

Price for Speleological Guide: € 4,000.00 (four thousand) including VAT

We issue regular invoices (option for personalized installment payments without interest)

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS:

-High school diploma (parchment) in a copy conforming to the original with the Hague Apostille,

-Copy of identity card and tax code,​

-3 passport photos,

-Criminal record certificate (no criminal convictions)

-Birth certificate indicating the names of the parents

-Medical certificate of good health
