Vincix Futuro offers you the possibility to successfully attend the course to become a Real Estate Agent in Romania.

The title obtained in Romania has the same value as the one obtained in Italy, thanks to the membership in the European Union.

On a professional level, the right of establishment and exercise of the profession is guaranteed by the uniformity of the training paths with the bilateral recognition of study titles between the countries of the European Union (European directives 2005/36 and 2006/100 transposed by Legislative Decree 206/07 allow for legal equivalence and applicability in Italy, of the title obtained in Romania).

Important note: at the end of the qualifying course, the professional EPC card is issued.

By issuing the EPC card, the EU citizen, both entering and leaving Italy, can operate under a regime of free provision in the right of establishment, in case of long-term transfer, in application of directive 2013/55/EU amending directive 2005/36/EC and allowing for the automatic recognition of the real estate agent card issued in another country of the European community.

​The course is held once a year by schools recognized by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labor

​Course duration: 4 months (720 total hours, including practical part)

 The Course is completely online (theoretical part), with practical training in Romania (online). The final exams (simple multiple-choice tests) will be carried out online.

- Procedure for the homologation of Italian study titles with the corresponding Romanian titles (including Ministerial fees, translation of all documents, notary certification, and any other necessary documents);

- Romanian course: completely online,

- Simple language exam and the related A2 certificate (including fees);

- Registration for the qualifying course for Real Estate Agent (excluding fees), lasting 4 months

- Registration in the Romanian register of real estate agents and issuance of the European EPC card

- Bilingual and logistics support;

- On-site tutoring service provided by tutors of Italian and Romanian nationality who will accompany the participants throughout the entire training process;

- Assistance in finding suitable accommodation near the Romanian University. Meals, accommodation, and travel expenses are covered by the participant;

Price: EUR 2,900.00 VAT included, we issue a regular invoice (possibility of personalized installment payments with no interest), payments exclusively through bank transfer.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

- Certified copy of high school diploma with the AJA endorsement,

- Copy of identity card and tax code,

- 3 passport-size photos,

- Multilingual birth certificate with parents' names indicated
